Artwork StatementThe focus of the project, in conjunction with the City of Victoria and landscape architect Crosland Doak, was to take historic hard streetscape elements that were removed for the then-current upgrade and reassemble them with the intent to demonstrate to the public the beauty of what lies in and below the surface for utility.
