Artwork DescriptionThe Round Table Club purchased this sundial for the Rose Garden in Beacon Hill Park in 1947. The Rose Garden was formed in 1937 when the Round Table Club donated 500 rose plants to the city. An inscription on the top of the sundial reads: "I count only the sunny hours."
